About

Hello and welcome here

I'm Charlotte, the face behind Spiral·In.

I was born and grew up in Belgium, but came to the UK for my work as a veterinary surgeon. After becoming a mother, my priorities shifted drastically and I not only embarked on a spiritual journey to find my authentic self, but I also discovered another passion : women and female empowerment in particular.

I retrained as a Rites for Girls mentor and faciliator to prepare and guide teen girls on their journey to womanhood. I also trained through Sister Stories to become a women’s circle facilitator as sitting in circle was one of the few spaces I found I could be my unapologetically authentic and imperfectly perfect self. It felt like coming up for air and I believe it’s one of the most important acts of self-care a woman can gift herself.

I created Spiral·In so I could offer that gift to other women in my community and beyond.

"In a world where we are often expected to play a certain role, that of the mother, the colleague, the partner, the friend, I believe that having a space where we can be unapologetically ourselves is a necessity."

Joining a Spiral·In circle is an opportunity for women to hush the noise of day-to-day life, let the masks slip off and spiral inwards and find their authentic self so they can eventually spiral back out into the world and share their unique gifts with their community.

In a masculine, predominantly mind-driven world, it’s more important than ever to tap into our heart and womb as that’s where our power as women resides. Listening to our gut feeling and embracing the more intuitive version of ourselves allows us to feel grounded and come home to ourselves.
