What is a women's circle?
You might be a pro at sitting in circle but in case you're new to it : a women's circle is a group of women who come together to support each other by sharing their authentic truth and by being witnessed and accepted for who they really are. You might choose to share a lot, only a little bit or nothing at all. Silence is a welcome member in circle and it can be wonderfully indulgent to spend an evening in quietude! Circle is also a collaborative process, I facilitate but by being authentic and real, each group of women cocreates their own unique experience.

You belong in circle exactly as you are!

Some Guidelines
-
We close the door on expectations, pressures, judgement and comparison and instead welcome in warmth, trust, curiosity and compassion.
-
We allow everyone to be who they are, however that may be in the moment and we give everyone the space and time to share uniterrupted.
-
We don't give advice or try to fix anyone but instead listen attentively and witness each other as we speak our truth.
-
We keep our space confidential and don't share anything that was spoken aloud with others.
-
Spiral·In circles are not therapy. I am a trained circle facilitator but not a therapist.
What women say

"It really is beyond words my experience of the circle; but I did want to let you know how much I appreciated your presence, warmth, welcome and holding of the space. I loved your style of ritual and hosting in such an honest and vibrant way. I felt completely safe and able to be myself and soak up the experience; which is not something that happens a lot in life."

"Charlotte is a rare soul; she is warm and relatable at the same time as being incredibly sincere. She holds space with such care and integrity it ripples out to the women present making them in turn feel safe to share their tender hearts.."

Charlotte
"Thank you for being such a gracious and welcoming host in such a private environment. The open space you provided allowed for gentle cleansing, remembering, and gaining new insights. The magic of yesterday stuck with me today in prioritising self-care and allowing my voice to be heard purposefully and with clarity."
